What's the minimum age for the cruise?
Our daily cruise is designed for the whole family, so we have had babies less than 2 months old and passangers almost 100 years old on board! All ages are welcome to enjoy our Lefkada cruise!
What are the facilities on board?
Ionian Star has two floors; upper deck is mostly covered to protect our guests from the hot Greek sun, lower deck is perfect for the sun-lovers.
Spacious indoor lounge has tables with seats for the ones who want to protect themselves from the strongest sun. Lounge has also a bar selling a wide range of drinks and snacks throughout the whole cruise. There are also two bathrooms with toilets and showers. Perfect facilities for you to enjoy your Lefkada cruise!
What do I have to bring with me?
The most important; SWIMWEAR!
Besides the bikinis and towels, it´s good to have some money or a credit card on you if you´d like to get some cool refreshments or snacks from our bar.
If you have sensitive feet, you might want to bring swimming shoes as most of the beaches around Lefkada island are a mix of sand, pebbles and bigger stones.
How many people do you take on board?
Our boat has a maximun capasity of 100 people, but on daily cruises we keep the number around 85 guests for everyones comfort.
If you´re planning to bring your friends and family on board for a private charter, then 100 clients is not a problem!
If I change my mind, do I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a full refund if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice. Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by cash, credit or debit card.
What if the weather is bad?
If the forecast for the day of your cruise says bad weather (wind or rain) and the cruise is cancelled, we will offer you an alternative date, or a refund. Please keep it in mind, that sometimes the decicion of cancellation can be done only in the same morning.
How do we get in and out of the water at the swim stops?
At our beach stops you will have a direct access to the beach via our steps. If we are staying in anchor for swimming, we have a side ladder for you to get in and out of the water. And of course there´s the 3rd way to get in… JUMP!
I´m a vegetarian, so is there anything for me to eat on the BBQ?
There´s no problem at all being a vegetarian or having a special diet, we will fix you something tasty to enjoy with the others. Just the most important thing is, that you INFORM US in advance about any special diets / allergies while making the booking!
What´s included in the price of the ticket?
